Overview of Land Parcel at Stanstead Abbotts - SG12 8JR

Netherfield Partnership is in the process of obtaining Outline Planning consent for a 8.3 acre parcel of land at located 19 miles from Central London.

The objective is to provide Starter Homes on a small self contained derelict site that was originally classified as Green Belt land as recently as the 1970s.

 

The land concerned is within the village envelope, and does not create urban sprawl.

 

Also, Trees surround the site and the proposed development will not pose a visual disturbance to neighbouring properties, making it a totally self contained development.

The site

The site is derelict land owned by the Netherfield Partnership. The Partners are members of the Prior family who have owned this land for several hundred years.
